WHY DO YOU LACK
SUSTAINABILITY (KWANINI SHUGHULI ZAKO HAZINA UENDELEVU)
1. You just want to survive because
you are unemployed – You will abandon it if you get a job. Your goal is to be a
hand-to-mouth entrepreneur.
2. You are forced – You are doing
the activity because an event has occurred, e.g. selling coronavirus facilities or
schools are closed. You are doing the activity because of an emergency that has
arisen.
3. It's your lifestyle – You do
the activity because you're used to it. It's a job you've done for a long time
so you can do it and love it even if it's not productive. For example, you
worked at an animal institute, so you've decided to start a dog breeding
company.
4. You rely on tenders (Tenderpreneur) – You chase tenders and have no plans with other clients. So if
you miss a tender because you are retired and are no longer known, you go
bankrupt.
5. You address forgotten social
needs (Social) – You rely on donor funds for everything. So if support is
lacking, you get stuck because you have not learned to provide your own money.
You also do not see other opportunities around you.
6. You have a spirit of limitation
– You start a new business every once in a while. A limit is set that when your
capital reaches a certain amount, you cannot continue but must start a new
business. Therefore, you do not benefit from your experience. This is a
spiritual problem.
When you start your business, you need to grow it regionally, nationally, and internationally. You need to
learn quickly and be ready to adapt to market needs. Nokia, the phone company,
refused to accept Android and, as a result, went out of business. He had to
sell his company. Bill Gates has continued to improve his company,
Microsoft, so it is still in business today.

KWANINI SHUGHULI
ZAKO HAZINA UENDELEVU
1. Unataka tu kuendelea kuishi
mwenyewe. Pia huoni fursa zingine zinazokuzunguka.
6. Una roho ya kuwekewa mipaka – Unaanza
shughuli mpya kila baada ya muda fulani. Umechorewa mstari kwamba mtaji wako
ukifika kiasi fulani, huwezi kuendelea bali unatakiwa kuanza shughuli mpya. Kwa
hiyo hunufaiki na uzoefu wako. Hili ni tatizo la kiroho.
Unatakiwa unapoanza shughuli yako
hivyo bado iko sokoni hadi leo.
