9. Accept your situation and work on it (Kubali hali yako na kuifanyia kazi)

 You might be wondering, what kind of person is cursed? A cursed person is someone who is empowered to fail. While others are given the power to succeed or make progress, this person is granted the power to fail. Whatever they attempt, they fail. Deut 28:43,44 “"The alien who is among you shall rise higher and higher above you, and you shall come down lower and lower. "He shall lend to you, but you shall not lend to him; he shall be the head, and you shall be the tail.” This text teaches us the importance of self-evaluation. When you see a stranger doing the same job you are doing, and she/he rises higher while you come down, you don't need to be jealous of her/him. If you are a 'tail', you don't need to call yourself a 'head'. Be honest and consult God for mercy. Tell Him that when you read the scriptures you are convinced you are a tail and then ask Him to take you out of that situation. Deut 28:13 “"And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.”

Pro 26:2 “…So a curse without cause shall not alight.” However, I want you to know that if someone curses you for no reason, it will not befall you. But if there is a right reason to be cursed, you will be cursed even if you are a man of God. That is why the Scripture says that a person who works deceitfully is under a curse. Jer 48:10a “Cursed is he who does the work of the LORD deceitfully”

Pengine unajiuliza, Hivi mtu aliyelaaniwa ni wa aina gani? Mtu aliyelaaniwa ni mtu aliyepewa uwezo wa kushindwa au kufeli. Wakati watu wengine wanapewa uwezo wa kufanikiwa au kupiga hatua, yeye anapewa uwezo wa kufeli. Chochote anachojaribu kufanya hafanikiwi. Kum 28:43,44 “Mgeni aliye kati yako atazidi kupaa juu yako; nawe utazidi kushuka chini. Yeye atakukopesha, wala wewe usimkopeshe; yeye atakuwa ni kichwa, wewe utakuwa mkia.” Hili andiko linatufundisha umuhimu wa kujitathmini. Unapoona mgeni anafanya kazi ileile unayoifanya, halafu anapaa juu wakati wewe ukishuka chini, huna haja ya kumuonea wivu. Unapojiona ni mkia huna haja ya kujiita kichwa. Kuwa mkweli na kumuendea Mungu akurehemu. Mwambie unaposoma maandiko unajiona ni mkia na kisha muome akutoe katika hali hiyo. Kum 28:13 “Bwana atakufanya kuwa kichwa, wala si mkia; nawe utakuwa juu tu, wala huwi chini; utakapoyasikiza maagizo ya Bwana, Mungu wako, nikuagizayo hivi leo, kuyaangalia na kufanya.”

Mit 26:2 “…Kadhalika laana isiyo na sababu haimpigi mtu.”  Hata hivyo napenda ujue kwamba kama mtu anatamka tu laana juu yako zisizo na sababu huwezi kulaaniwa. Ila kama iko sababu ya haki ya kulaaniwa, utalaaniwa hata kama ni mtu wa Mungu. Ndiyo maana mahali pengine Biblia inasema mtu anayefanya kazi kwa ulegevu anakuwa chini ya laana. Yeremia 48:10a “Na alaaniwe mtu afanyaye kazi ya Bwana kwa ulegevu.”
