Maisha bora Na 21: Ingawa huna mtetezi hujui jinsi ya kumsumbua Mungu (You do not have an advocate and yet you do not bother God)

The Lord Jesus gave an example of a widow who had no advocate but troubled the cruel leader until he gave her justice. Instead of making seasonal prayers, He emphasized the importance of bothering God (staying consistent with God) until answers are found.

Luke 18:2-8 “saying: "There was in a certain city a judge who did not fear God nor regard man. "Now there was a widow in that city; and she came to him, saying, 'Get justice for me from my adversary.' "And he would not for a while; but afterward he said within himself, 'Though I do not fear God nor regard man, 'yet because this widow troubles me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.'" Then the Lord said, "Hear what the unjust judge said. "And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? "I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?"”

Bwana Yesu alitoa mfano wa mjane aliyekuwa hana mtetezi lakini akamsumbua kiongozi katili mpaka akampa haki yake. Kisha akasisitiza umuhimu wa kumsumbua Mungu mpaka majibu yapatikane badala ya kufanya maombi ya msimu.

Lk 18:2-8 “Akasema, Palikuwa na kadhi katika mji fulani, hamchi Mungu, wala hajali watu. Na katika mji huo palikuwa na mwanamke mjane, aliyekuwa akimwendea-endea, akisema, Nipatie haki na adui wangu. Naye kwa muda alikataa; halafu akasema moyoni mwake, Ijapokuwa simchi Mungu wala sijali watu, lakini, kwa kuwa mjane huyu ananiudhi, nitampatia haki yake, asije akanichosha kwa kunijia daima. Bwana akasema, Sikilizeni asemavyo yule kadhi dhalimu. Na Mungu, je! Hatawapatia haki wateule wake wanaomlilia mchana na usiku, naye ni mvumilivu kwao? Nawaambia, atawapatia haki upesi; walakini, atakapokuja Mwana wa Adamu, je! Ataiona imani duniani?”
