 (DIFFERENTIATE PERSONAL VISION FROM COLLECTIVE VISION)

TOFAUTISHA MAONO BINAFSI NA MAONO YA PAMOJA 

Sometimes God gives you a personal vision and other times he gives you a vision for a group of people. We often make the mistake of sharing with people a vision that is our own. And sometimes we make the mistake of personally implementing the vision we were given for the group and find ourselves stuck in its implementation.

NB: God has touched another beloved to donate his clothes and shoes for our ministry to reach the most vulnerable people using our idle properties. Men have also been remembered. This confirms that this vision is not personal. You are welcome to be a part of this indispensable ministry.

Examples in the Bible

1. Personal vision of the apostle Paul:

Acts 26:16 “'But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you.”

God had a special plan for you when he brought you to earth. There is something God wants you to do wherever you are. You have no reason to wait to be appointed by the Church leaders. On the last day, you will be judged as to why you didn't do it. Apostle Paul carried out his call in all circumstances, whether traveling, in the synagogue, in prison, or even in front of kings. The call given by God has no limits, only you have decided to be limited by people or your denomination.

For about 30 years since I was given a vision to strengthen the church, I have tried to reach many people without denominational boundaries. I do seminars in any denomination that invites me, as long as they are people who are ready to learn and have an open mind.

2. Vision of two (Paul and Barnabas)

Acts 13:2 “As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, "Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them."”

The fulfillment of some visions needs partners to complement each other. Apostle Paul needed the ministry of Barnabas for spiritual formation before he could manage himself. Even if God has given you a great ministry, you must be equipped first. No talented and intelligent person in the world refuses to go to college to be prepared. To be successful in ministry you must find the right partner. Ecclesiastes 4:9 "Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor.” Mark 6:7 "And He called the twelve to Himself, and began to send them out two by two, and gave them power over unclean spirits."

3. Collective vision

Rev 22:16 “"I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star."”

Other visions need to be implemented by the whole church or congregation. Even if you have a personal vision, you must respect the vision of the entire church. Paul had a great personal vision but still, he respected the collective vision of the church. Galatians 2:9,10 "again when they knew the grace that was given to me; Jacob, Cephas, and John, known as pillars, gave me and Barnabas the right hand of the organization; so that we go to the Gentiles, and they go to the circumcised people; but only one word they wanted us to remember the poor; and the same word I was diligent to do." Despite that apostle Paul was mightly used in teaching and miracles, he asked the churches to donate for the poor of Jerusalem. Romans 15:26 "for it pleased the people of Macedonia and Achaia to make a contribution for the saints in Jerusalem who are poor." 1 Corinthians 16:1 "Regarding the donation for the saints, as I commanded the churches of Galatia, do likewise."

Conclusion

Therefore, do not force your personal vision to be implemented by the whole church if you want to be rewarded before God. This does not necessarily mean that you do not need support to implement them. God will raise people to help you but the main character is you. But also, don't carry the vision of the whole church yourself. You will burn yourself out. You have to cooperate with your colleagues. However, the church must recognize the importance of its leader to win the war.

Ex 17:12,13 “But Moses' hands became heavy; so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. And Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. So Joshua defeated Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.”

Kuna wakati Mungu anakupa maono ya kwako binafsi na wakati mwingine anakupa maono ambayo yanahusu kundi la watu. Mara nyingi tunafanya makosa ya kuwashirikisha watu maono ambayo kimsingi yalikuwa ni ya kwetu binafsi. Na wakati mwingine tunafanya makosa ya kutekeleza kibinafsi maono tuliyopewa kwa ajili ya kundi na kujikuta tunakwama katika utekelezaji wake.

NB: Mungu amemgusa mpendwa mwingine kutoa nguo zake na viatu kwa ajili ya mpango wetu wa kuwafikiwa watu wanaoishi mazingira hatarishi kwa kutumia vitu ambavyo vinafaa lakini hatuvitumii. Wanaume nao wamekumbukwa. Hii inathibitisha kwamba maono haya sio ya kwetu binafsi. Karibu uwe sehemu ya huduma hii muhimu kwa jamii.

Mifano katika Biblia

1. Maono binafsi ya mtume Paulo:

Mdo 26:16 “Lakini inuka, usimame kwa miguu yako, maana nimekutokea kwa sababu hii, nikuweke wewe uwe mtumishi na shahidi wa mambo haya uliyoyaona, na wa mambo ambayo katika hayo nitajidhihirisha kwako.”

Mungu alipokuleta duniani alikuwa na mpango maalum na wewe. Kuna jambo Mungu anataka ulifanye popote ulipo. Huna sababu ya kusubiri uchaguliwe na viongozi wa Kanisa. Siku ya mwisho utadaiwa kwamba kwa nini hukulifanya. Mtume Paulo alitekeleza wito wake katika mazingira yote kv akiwa safarini, kwenye sinagogi, gerezani na hata mbele ya wafalme. Wito uliopewa na Mungu haina mipaka ni wewe tu umeamua mwenyewe kuwekewa mipaka na watu au dhehebu lako.

Kwa miaka takriban 30 tangu nipewe maono ya kwenda kuliimarisha kanisa nimejitahidi kuwafikia watu wengi bila mipaka ya kimadhehebu. Nafanya semina dhehebu lolote linalonialika ili mradi ni watu ambao wako tayari kujifunza na kijua kweli (open mind).

2. Maono ya wawili (Paulo na Barnaba)

Mdo 13:2 “Basi hawa walipokuwa wakimfanyia Bwana ibada na kufunga, Roho Mtakatifu akasema, Nitengeeni Barnaba na Sauli kwa kazi ile niliyowaitia.”

Utimilizo wa baadhi ya maono unahitaji marafiki au wadau wa kukamilishana. Mtume Paulo alihitaji huduma ya Barnaba kwa ajili ya malezi ya kiroho kabla hajajisimamia mwenyewe. Hata kama Mungu amekupa huduma kubwa lazima uandaliwe kwanza. Hakuna mtu duniani mwenye vipaji na akili ambaye anakataa kupita kwenye vyuo ili kuandaliwa. Kuna huduma ambazo lazima upate mwenzi sahihi ndipo zitafanikiwa. Mhubiri 4:9 “Afadhali kuwa wawili kuliko mmoja; Maana wapata ijara njema kwa kazi yao.” Marko 6:7 “Akawaita wale Thenashara, akaanza kuwatuma wawili wawili, akawapa amri juu ya pepo wachafu.”

3. Maono ya kundi

Ufu 22:16 “Mimi Yesu nimemtuma malaika wangu kuwashuhudia ninyi mambo hayo katika makanisa. Mimi ndimi niliye Shina na Mzao wa Daudi, ile nyota yenye  asubuhi.”

Kuna maono mengine yanahitaji kutekelezwa na kanisa au kusanyiko zima. Hata kama una maono binafsi lazima uheshimu maono ya kanisa zima. Paulo alikuwa na maono binafsi makubwa lakini aliheshimu sana maono ya kanisa zima. Wagalatia 2:9,10 “tena walipokwisha kuijua ile neema niliyopewa; Yakobo, na Kefa, na Yohana, wenye sifa kuwa ni nguzo, walinipa mimi na Barnaba mkono wa kuume wa shirika; ili sisi tuende kwa Mataifa, na wao waende kwa watu wa tohara;ila neno moja tu walitutakia, tuwakumbuke maskini; nami neno lilo hilo nalikuwa na bidii kulifanya.” Kwa sababu hiyo pamoja na mtume Paulo kutumiwa kwa kufundisha na miujiza, alishirikisha makanisa yatoe changizo kwa ajili ya maskini wa Yerusalemu. Warumi 15:26 “maana imewapendeza watu wa Makedonia na Akaya kufanya changizo kwa ajili ya watakatifu huko Yerusalemu walio maskini.” 1 Wakorintho 16:1 “Kwa habari ya ile changizo kwa ajili ya watakatifu, kama vile nilivyoamuru makanisa ya Galatia, nanyi fanyeni vivyo.”

HITIMISHO

Kwa hiyo usilazimishe maono yako binafsi yatekelezwe na kanisa zima kama unataka kupata thawabu mbele za Mungu. Sina maana huwezi kusaidiwa kuyatekeleza. Mungu atainua watu wa kukusaidia lakini mhusika mkuu ni wewe. Lakini pia maono ya kanisa zima usiyabebe mwenyewe. Utachoka (burn out). Lazima ushirikiane na wenzako. Hata hivyo lazima kanisa litambue umuhimu wa kiongozi wao ili washinde vita.

Kutoka 17:12,13 “Lakini mikono ya Musa ilikuwa mizito; basi wakatwaa jiwe, wakaliweka chini yake akalikalia. Haruni na Huri wakaitegemeza mikono yake, mmoja upande huu na mmoja upande huu; mikono yake ikathibitika hata jua lilipokuchwa. Yoshua akawaangamiza Amaleki na watu wake kwa ukali wa upanga.”
